Public Works, LLC is a $29.1M Engineering and Construction firm that is
owned and operated by registered professional engineers. Our projects
range from commercial to residential in the public and private sectors
throughout South Carolina, North Carolina and Georgia. We are a highly
flexible organization capable of performing a variety of project types
and sizes for businesses or residential clients throughout the south
east.
Established in July of 2002 by Mr. Cyrus Sinor, P.E. and Mr. L. Kai
Yeh, P.E., International Public Works, LLC has earned the reputation of
being a highly qualified contractor in teh Southeast. IPW has
significant experience in new construction, renovations, civil
engineering, operations and maintenance, electrical, and mechanical
services. IPW has received numerous letters of recommendations from
past clients and continues to perform at the highest level for every
client.
As engineers, we are able to provide alternatives and solutions that
many of our competitors are unable to do. We evaluate every project
from start to finish to determine whether additional savings can be
realized to deliver what you expect. Finally, IPW is a small business
that is committed to supporting other small businesses throughout the
state and region to perform a variety of project tasks. We believe the
